Miley Cyrus Gets Inked...Again

Miley Cyrus was snapped in Hollywood on Tuesday showing off her new tattoo!

"So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat."

The quote is from former president Theodore Roosevelt in a speech he made at the Sorbonne in 1910 in which he urged people to live life to the fullest.

This will be Miley's 15th tattoo which will join a dreamcatcher on her side and a gay marriage equality symbol on her hand.

Personally, I love her new tattoo and think the message is awesome.
